I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who have sent in supplies, and volunteered for one of the many volunteer opportunities in our ranks. Even though there are two teachers in our room, there is always plenty to do, and we couldn't do it without you:
- First of all, I wanted to send out a HUGE thank you to our co-room parents, Mrs. Kastensmidt and Mrs. Povich! They have worked tirelessly on putting together our class address book - great job ladies! They have also volunteered to fill in as Earth Parent, and we look forward to learning about weather instruments later this month.
- WHEW! Mrs. Losure has been working her fingers to the bone coordinating school store supplies for the whole Ford student body - so a big thanks go out to her! She is here every day fulfilling her duties as PTSA secretary, and I know how much work that is.
- Thanks to the efforts of Joshua's mom, Mrs. O'Neill, we are in the running for the PTSA Discount card contest! The winning class gets a pizza party. Keep sending those in, if you haven't already.
- Thank you to all that volunteered for "Mystery Reader!" We enjoyed our first read-aloud with Tarin's Mom, Mrs. Fitton, and we look forward to our next reader on the 26th! (we do one every other week due to Mustang Madness)
